成都国际商事法庭是经最高人民法院批复、中共四川省委机构编制委员会办公室批准设立的集中管辖四川省范围内应由中级人民法院管辖的第一审涉外民商事案件的审判机构。
成都国际商事法庭是成都市中级人民法院的内设机构，现优配员额法官14名、法官助理7名，组建了三个专业化审判团队。法庭坚持高水准服务“一带一路”建设，高标准保障成渝地区双城经济圈建设，高质量护航国际化营商环境建设，高能级推动天府中央法务区建设，突出国际化、专业化、集成化、智能化“四化标准”，以建立国际商事纠纷一站式多元解纷、智慧型决策参考、创新性改革领航“三个机制”为抓手，以培塑精品案例、规则指引、企业护航“三项工程”为突破，以国际商事智能高效解纷、国际法治人才培养、国际司法交流“三大平台”为依托，全方位统筹国际商事审判资源，全主体平等保护中外当事人合法权益，全领域增强国际商事司法供给，全链条打造诉讼、仲裁、调解一体的国际商事争端智慧解决平台，助推天府中央法务区成为中西部国际商事纠纷解决首选地、新高地，加快打造立足四川、辐射西部、影响全国、面向世界的一流国际商事审判新高地。
The Chengdu International Commercial Tribunal(henceforth referred to as “The Tribunal”) was established with official approval by the Supreme People’s Court of China (The SPC) and permission by the Commission Office for Public Sector Reform of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee. The Tribunal as a trial organ exercises centralized jurisdiction over foreign-related civil and commercial cases of first instance that fall within jurisdiction of intermediate courts within Sichuan Province.
The Tribunal is an internal organ of The Intermediate People’s Court of Chengdu City of Sichuan Province. Currently the Tribunal has 14 judges selected on a merit basis and seven judicial assistants, who form three specialized trial teams. The Tribunal is devoted to serving the “Belt and Road Initiative” through fine services, supporting the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle through high standards, safeguarding the internationalized business environment through good quality, and promoting the construction of the Tianfu Central Legal-services District with full empowerment. Featuring internationalization, specialization, integratedness and intelligence, The Tribunal draws strengths from the “three mechanisms” of one-stop-multi-mode dispute resolution, smart consultation for decision making as well as innovative pioneering for reforms; The Tribunal seeks breakthroughs in the “three projects” of cultivating representative cases, forming guiding principles as well as protecting enterprises; The Tribunal relies on the “three platforms” of smart and efficient resolution of international business disputes, cultivation of talents in international legal affairs and international judicial exchanges. Overall, the Tribunal coordinates on all levels resources of international business trials, protects on equal basis the legitimate rights and interests of all parties home and abroad, enhances in all fields the supply of judicial services for international businesses, and creates a smart all-link platform that encompasses litigation, arbitration and mediation for resolution of international business disputes. The Tribunal is a driving force in making the Tianfu Central Legal-services District a primary choice and a new high ground for resolution of international business disputes in mid-western China. The Tribunal also accelerates its efforts for the formation of a first-class new high ground for resolution of international business disputes which is based in the Sichuan Province, radiates all of western China, influences the whole nation and is open to the whole world.
